Upon entering Level 5, Lockton West Perth, the impressive reception area is truly breathtaking.

Timber wall panelling and large format floor files, coupled with black track lighting and brass feature pendants make the first impression feel nothing less than regal.  

The design makes the most of the curves. Creativity is added to the meeting rooms and collaboration zones with the use of curved walls adding style and a timeless sense of uniqueness. The curves are further applied throughout the building, applied to ceiling recesses and features.

Amongst the neutral colour tones of timber, white and grey a royal blue as the feature carpet pops. Earthy tones are incorporated to label and define meeting areas.  

Embracing the views and natural light, the staff breakout area provides staff with the perfect environment for a social gathering or simply a break. Bar and café style seating with kitchen and servery facilities creates a statement and provides a functional space. 

Workstations provide ample desk areas for an excess of 70 team members, with the flexibility of change should the business require growth.
