The Wurkspace 7 team proudly completed and delivered the 1807m2 office space to our valued client in May 2021. It was designed to meet the need for collaborative working. All on one level, there are 172 workstations, formal and informal meeting areas, executive offices, a welcoming reception and waiting area for visitors plus staff amenities. This is the new Cash Converters Global Headquarters, based in Westralia Square Tower in Perth’s CBD and it’s making a positive impression with staff and visitors alike.

Staff have reported very positive feedback, particularly around having all amenities on one floor for the first time. Our client’s office interior fit out reportedly making a real difference to team culture, collaboration and productivity.

The space boasts style and corporate professionalism. The office interior design is amplified by open spaces that deliver both functionality and flexibility. Tasteful and contemporary choices of furniture, fixtures and fittings makes for a workspace that is timeless whilst being impressive to the eye. Splashes of bold colours, mixed with neutral greys radiate both motivation and calmness, and blend well with the corporate branding throughout the space. The use of timber from the main reception area to the boardroom ceiling infuses a point of difference and introduces principles of biophilic design.

Special attention was given to creating spaces of privacy with acoustic wall and ceiling panelling as well as areas of open plan workspaces that provide flexibility of growth and reconfiguration if required into the future.
